Are you enjoying the summer? I sure as hell am! This month's selection feels like a direct follow-up to the last one from April if you look at how many Legends return to the fray once more. As always, bolded tracks are my favorites of the bunch but let's a take a moment to applaud David Broaders... The man was already in contention for my TOTY 2022 with Pink Clouding earlier this year and he's gone and done it again with his brilliant, magical remix for Kyau & Albert - Falling Anywhere. The build-up is easygoing, laidback even, sounds polished and clean. But my word... That breakdown people! That breakdown is the musical equivalent of the sun breaking through the clouds of a downpour powerfully, turning the sky golden, whilst the rain continues around it and over time a cherished all-familiar arc of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet arc appears to perfect this visual spectacle. The original came nowhere near this type of happy nostalgic emotion but Broaders redefined that lead completely and takes it out of the stratosphere.

I don't recall ever having one artist competing with themselves for Top Spot in my annual Top lists... Not even Rank 1! So big props have to be given here to a man that has dominated 2022 with merely two productions, but they are out of this world. And hopefully they will make it unto your End Of The Year list(s) as well!
